What are easy songs to learn guitar?
I’m 13 years old, and I love to sing. People said my voice is great. But I can’t play guitar (Yet.). So I want to learn how to play guitar on my own (I can’t afford lessons.) Do you know easy songs to learn and play? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Go to www.ultimate-guitar.com and start to learn to play by reading tabs and playing through songs. That is how I learned 10 years ago.
Have a look on you tube. There are loads of free tutorials there. You need to learn the basic chords first of all – and again, there’s loads of tututorials on you tube.
There are many songs which only use three chords so are relatively easy to play, although you will need practice to be able to do it to the right beat.

Download as many Shadows tracks as you can. Most of them are simple to play, even for a nerd like me! I play the keyboard because it is easier on the fingers. Learn to play by ear. Once you master one tune, the rest fit around it.Music is a great way to express yourself and your mood.
Play one tune until you have it sorted. If it takes a couple of weeks, at least you are on your way….
