does anyone offer free guitar lessons?

I need a place that will give me free guitar lessons.
This is kinda my last try before I start paying for them.
All the places that claim they do offer a random lesson on anything then hit you with a price tag for the full experience or give you lessons on the simplest of things like holding the pick or strumming. I am passed that kind of stuff, and am looking into learning more.
I am interested in rock/metal if that info is needed
