He is left handed (dont think that matters) and I will also be getting him a guitar instruction book (he got the guitar for his bday last month). I want to get him a very simple and basic amp for now, and will prob. go to Guitar Source or Guitar Center. I need to keep the price to a minimum….a couple of suggestions would be great!

If you can afford the 15w amp, that would be a little more versatile, but 10w will be fine for just bedroom practice.
