I can't remember the user's name, nor can I find his old lessons. He wears a backwards hat and kind of looks like Adam Corolla. He taught chords of songs like everlong from the foo fighters and nowhere fast from Incubus. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
Wow, you are really reaching on that one. To have a chance at finding anyone online you should always note their username because what you describe won't help much. Next time remember the username or bookmark the page. He may have up and left youtube and you wouldn't really know unless you bookmarked his page (which would then show you an error when you went to it next if he indeed left).
